The fall issue of Shuttle Spindle and Dyepot arrived filled with some great reading. This issue begins the thirty-fifth year of publication. Imagine the wealth of fiber knowledge which has been presented in those thirty-five years!
Among the feature articles is one highlighting the 1999 HGA Scholarship recipients. It shows that our donations to the Scholarship fund have been well used. There is also an article about the HGAs Small Expression 1999 exhibits.
The Convergence booklet bound into the center of this SS&D magazine is a wish book for everyone interested in fiber arts. The complete schedule along with descriptions of the workshops and registration information are include.
Peter Collinginwood is showcased in an article just following the Convergence booklet. His career and development as an artist is documented.
