Marie-Anne Voituriez This is a great book to give as a gift to a beginning beader. Not only are the 20 projects keyed to their difficulty, they are also keyed to their expense to complete. The costs of the beads are estimated and the costs of any fabrics are also included. In the supplies section at the front of the book, every item is explained and the pictures are good enough that you can substitute materials without any qualms. There are projects using wire, stitching on fabrics and stringing. The projects are a little cutesy for me, but I’m sure they would appeal to the new beader. Review by Teresa Barrett |
